We thoroughly check all items to ensure they are in perfect condition before sending and each garment is packaged carefully.

Considering that none of our products are mass produced and each item is carefully curated and only available in very small quantities, we won't provide a refund if you change your mind or have chosen the wrong size, fit or colour.

We happily offer you an exchange.
* refund is strictly provided for items assessed by our team and deemed as faulty.
* All Fashion And House return /exchange policies abide and are in line with the Australia Consumer Law

Timeframe to exchange your items is strictly 7 days from the day you have received your order. Remember, we have your tracking number and can check when the parcel was delivered.

Please notify us via email whitinh 5 days of reception of any fault or need to exchange.

  • Our Team is highly trained and is working with you to find the best solution.
  • Items being sent back must be in original condition, must not have been worn, altered or washed and all swing tags must remain in place.

  • No responsibility accepted for items being returned, until they are received at our address
  • Inward and outward shipping costs are to be covered by the customer
  • We want you to love your purchase, and you’re welcome to exchange it if wrong size or colour has been selected.


Please follow the steps to exchange your item:

  1. Please make sure your exchange complies with our exchange policy
  2. Write down your reason for exchange and what are you exchanging your items for
  3. Include that note with the item you wish to exchange together in a tracable mailing satchel to the above headoffice address.
  4. The return postage is covered by you so you need to enclose a prepaid mailing satchel with items you want to exchange. For that you need to keep tracking number as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  5. Once we receive your exchange item, we will process it within 5-7days.
